“Fantastic!”

My husband and I arrived at 13.45pm on Saturday, greeted in reception by lovely staff, disappointed to hear our room was not ready but on the other hand they had organised a complimentary upgrade for our anniversary so we really couldn't moan! We went straight to the spa as my hubbie had booked some treatments for us. I had a lovely therapist, Bernie who put me right at ease, brilliant at her job and a lovely pleasent individual all round. Hubbie wasn't overly excited by his treatments and when we explanied this the receptionist was more then apoligetic giving us a discount and a voucher to use should we return, I'm really not used to this kind of treatment! Back to reception where we got our room key and went upstairs. A beautiful clean and spacious room awaited us and we were delighted to see a comlpimentary bottle of champagne! The evening meal was excellent and all in all I couldn't fault one thing. I would highly recommend this hotel based on the staff and food alone
